Invalid Camera Date/Time
OpenALPR has detected that the date on the camera is incorrect. We recommend configuring the camera to use NTP to ensure that
the time is highly accurate. You can configure the date/time settings on this camera's Date & Time Settings page.
Missing SD Card
OpenALPR has detected that this camera does not have a usable SD card installed. OpenALPR requires an SD card to be installed in your Axis camera with at least 1GB of free space. You must insert an SD card and reboot the camera to use OpenALPR.
Missing SPS Video Data
This camera has not produced any SPS or PPS video data. OpenALPR requires this data to function. You may need to upgrade to the latest firmware to enable this feature.
To use the service, you must have an OpenALPR account and your camera must have an internet connection with a minimum of 2 Mbps upload bandwidth. Your Axis camera must be configured with (1) latest firmware, (2) a DNS server and (3) an NTP server. See the camera's Setup Advanced TCP/IP page to configure DNS and NTP values then follow the instructions below to get started.
Enter your OpenALPR Account e-mail and password and click Connect
The Axis Agent automatically detects license plates by uploading encrypted videos to the Cloud Stream service. The videos are processed and displayed at cloud.openalpr.com.
Log-in to your Cloud Stream account and Configure the camera. Make sure to specify the "country" parameter if you are capturing plates outside of North America.
